Dr. J’Leen Manning Saeger is an award-winning Senior Spanish Lecturer at Trinity University, a Fulbright Scholar, and a keynote speaker whose work centers on belonging, connection, and friendship. She speaks to university audiences, women’s groups, and faith communities about the skills needed to build meaningful relationships and create communities where people feel seen and supported. Grounded in both research and lived experience, her work helps people feel more connected—to themselves and to one another. She believes connection is not just something we hope for—it’s something we can learn.
J’Leen is bilingual and available to teach the Frientimacy Triangle in both English and Spanish.
